Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using VriddhiApp ("the app", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
These Terms apply to all users of VriddhiApp, including users accessing the app during its beta period. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
What VriddhiApp does
VriddhiApp is a personal finance application designed to help you organise, understand, and reflect on your financial situation. The app allows you to:
- Add, organise, and review income and expense activity
- Track accounts, credit cards, loans, subscriptions, and financial goals
- View monthly financial movement summaries
- Plan purchases and reflect on financial decisions
- Review your overall financial position
VriddhiApp does not currently connect to bank accounts automatically or read data from financial institutions.
Not financial advice
Important: VriddhiApp is intended to help you organise, understand, and reflect on your personal finances. It does not provide certified financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Any guidance, observations, planning prompts, or suggestions shown in the app are general in nature and should not be treated as professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Consult a certified financial advisor, tax professional, or legal professional before making important financial decisions.
Nothing in VriddhiApp constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument, security, or asset. The app is an organisational and reflective tool, not a financial advisory service.
Any projections, forecasts, or planning estimates shown in the app are illustrative only. They are based on data you have entered and general assumptions. They do not account for market conditions, tax implications, regulatory changes, or your full financial circumstances.
User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of data you enter into the app
- All financial decisions you make, with or without reference to the app
- Maintaining the security of your device and app account credentials
- Using the app in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Keeping your account information current and accurate
VriddhiApp is not responsible for financial outcomes resulting from decisions made using the app. The app provides tools for organisation and awareness — it does not guarantee financial improvement, outcomes, or results of any kind.
No guarantee of financial outcomes
VriddhiApp makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees about financial outcomes of any kind. The app is provided as a tool to support financial awareness and organisation. Results vary by individual circumstances, behaviour, and external conditions.
We do not guarantee that:
- Using the app will improve your financial position
- Any plans, goals, or projections shown in the app will be achieved
- Information in the app is accurate for your specific tax, legal, or financial situation
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
Account and access
To use VriddhiApp, you may be required to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Not share your account access with others
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VriddhiApp.
During the beta period, access may be limited and subject to additional terms. We may remove beta access at any time without notice.
Privacy and data
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and handle your data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In summary:
- Your financial data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
- We collect minimal account information (email) for authentication purposes only
- We do not sell your data or use your financial behaviour for advertising
By using VriddhiApp, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use VriddhiApp to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems connected to VriddhiApp
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Submit false or misleading information
Availability and changes
VriddhiApp is currently in beta. The app, its features, and its availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the app.
We may:
- Add, modify, or remove features at any time
- Take the app offline for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason
- Discontinue the app or the beta programme at any time
- Change pricing or introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice
We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so during the beta period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VriddhiApp and its developers, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses or damages arising from use of the app or decisions made using the app
- Loss of data resulting from device failure, app errors, or deletion of the app
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any damages arising from reliance on information, projections, or suggestions shown in the app
- Interruption or unavailability of the app
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using VriddhiApp at any time by deleting the app from your device. If you wish to delete your account data held on our servers, contact us at privacy@vriddhiapp.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VriddhiApp at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the app, or if required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, no financial advice disclaimer, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you within the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of VriddhiApp after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the app and request account deletion.
